Passkeys, branding, downloading everything we hold, and deleting your account.
Open Account in the sidebar.
Sign-in and passkeys
Your account’s email is shown under Sign-in. There is no password to change: you sign in with a passkey through gatekeep. Choose Manage passkeys to add a new device, or remove one you no longer use.
White-label branding
For reports and shared dashboards with your own brand, choose Configure Branding:
- Switch on Enable Custom Branding.
- Enter your Company Name (shown in email report headers and shared dashboard footers).
- Add a Logo URL. A 200×50px PNG or SVG with a transparent background works best.
- Pick a Primary Color for buttons, links and accents in reports.
- Choose Save Branding Settings.

Download everything
Under Your Data, choose Export my data. You get a JSON file with your account details and your sites.
Delete your account
Under Danger Zone, choose Delete Account, type your email to confirm, then Delete everything.
This immediately and permanently erases your account, every site and all of their analytics. There is no restore window, and nothing can bring it back. Export first if you might need the data.
